Othrys

On Mount Othrys, between the villages of Kofoi and Kokkotoi, in the Tsatali area, the settlement of Othrys has been established over the past few decades, near the site where the C-130 crashed in February 1991, resulting in the loss of 63 officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of the Hellenic Air Force.

The relatives of the victims built a chapel dedicated to Archangels Michael and Gabriel in the area.

According to the 2001 census, the settlement had 16 inhabitants. It belongs to the Local Community of Kofoi and is located at an altitude above 1,000 meters.
